The building is the set of two principal articulated volumes. The two programs hosted inside the building generate different volumetries, given the dissimilar practical requirements: the Grand Hall (with north-south direction) and the Minor Hall (with east-west trend), both connected to the ground floor by a complex system of common spaces and distribution paths.
The volumes containing the halls are not purely prismatic: their facets depend precisely on the composition of the distribution paths.
These volumes are encased in an external skin made of black majolica pilasters, with a Raku glazed finish.

The project reached the TOP 50 proposals out of more that 250 entries.
