Architectural and functional redevelopment of an early 20th century industrial complex opposite the railway station and terminal, with a new mix of uses: residential, tertiary, commercial and manufacturing. Among other things, the complex contains approximately 2000 square metres of residential space.
The building culminates in a large glazed space on the roof with a restaurant/sky bar, offering an evocative and unprecedented view of the historic city.
The project redefines all open spaces and the surrounding streetscape.
