The project transforms a major urban void within the urban tissue of Treviglio, a town near Bergamo. Piazza Setti occupies a pivot position on the historic center border, linking together two different urban patterns. As a main entrance treshold for the center, Piazza Setti is a lively area, ususally lived as a meeting point for yougsters and kids, being it close to three schools and many facilities.

The project, based upon a preliminar design given by the developer, features an amphitheatre, solves the difference in altimetry on the perimeter of the square and permits a barrierfree circulation on the surface. Beneath the square, a two-storey underground parking hosts 100 car stalls.
