A new residential complex composed of a body facing the street with 4 above-ground levels with a reduced section to adapt to the boundary conditions arranged in a curtain wall on via Andre Costa with a complex internal development that alternates full and empty volumes articulated by terraces in relation to the views of the bordering lots.
The building is rooted to the ground with a large portico that gathers the openings for pedestrian and vehicular access, and houses the glazed block of the staircase body.
The terraces and loggias on the main façade punctuate the rhythm of the volumes that taper upwards and flank the neighbouring building, forming a sort of true ‘gateway’ to the city.
